Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://electricianelcajon.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. EVERLONG ELECTRIC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, EVERLONG ELECTRIC markets and arranges Panel Upgrade Service, Circuit Breaker Repair, Outlet Installation, EV Charger Installation, Electrical Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. EVERLONG ELECTRIC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. EVERLONG ELECTRIC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. EVERLONG ELECTRIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify EVERLONG ELECTRIC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
